Best Friends!

Umm...where is my best friend Day-de? I have looked ALL over the house for her. OH, she must be down the hall taking a nap. I better go check. Ah ha! There she is all cuddled in her little bed trying to sleep. Well, in that case I better crawl right in...

There we go, best friend. Now we are all snuggled in together and cozy. Isn't this great? Aren't you just SO comfortable?

Oh, look there is my mom with the camera. I guess I better give her my signature move: a wave to all my blog reading fans!

The Splashing Par-tay

Connor loves his pool & water table! So we decided to invite our neighbor Elizabeth and her mom over for a splashing par-tay. I thought Connor loved the water...but that was before I saw Elizabeth - the splashing maniac! All her splashing made Connor make this shocked face as if to say, "Mom! She is splashing me!"

Our good friend Annie took pictures of us and Connor for his 1st Birthday photo shoot. We decided we love the pics so much we are going to create a "picture wall" in our house to display them. Here's a short preview in case you can't wait to see the picture wall...

(* Note: this last black & white shot we are all laughing at none other than Connor's Auntie Michelle/photographer's assistant extraordinaire. She spent the ENTIRE photo shoot doing "funny" things to make Connor smile and laugh such as galloping, jumping, and squirting herself with a water bottle...all in BROAD. DAYLIGHT. Obviously, she's pretty good at those things.)
