No Time to Blog...

We haven't had a lot of time to blog lately. Maybe you can figure out why...
We have decided that we can do almost anything with one baby in our arms - cook, wash dishes, do laundry, email, play baseball with Connor, play cards, eat, etc. However, it becomes quite challenging to do ANYTHING ELSE with two babes in your arms.

First Photos

It's official...Ashlyn (light pink bow) is going to be our little diva. She had a mind of her own to stay awake through her first (and second) photo session! In fact, any pictures that were taken with her eyes closed were poses only. Not really sleeping. Kaia (dark pink bow) on the other hand was well behaved and completely in dream-land. Thanks to our wonderful photographer, the girls Aunt Erica (see her work here), you might never know the difference. She had all kinds of great tricks up her sleeve and even got some great shots of them BOTH looking good AT THE SAME TIME. In case you don't have twins of your own, this is no small feat. So here it is folks...the girls first photo shoot at 2 weeks old. I can't help but think how precious they look when they are not crying:)

On a side note Connor says this morning: "I think we need more babies!" Me: "Seriously? Who would take care of them?" Connor: "I don't know, but I think we need THREE more." He is clearly delusional.
