Ahhh...recently home from a weekend away. Away from home and away from Connor. Connor stayed with his Grandparents while we went to a wedding and celebrated my birthday in Phoenix. It could not have been a more relaxing birthday. A little sun, a nice pool, some good friends, a fun wedding, and even a pedicure. However, the best birthday gift of all time came over the phone from 1500 miles away. Because it was my birthday and all, Grandma taught Connor to sing, "Happy to Mama, Happy to Mama" over the phone. Isn't that just the sweetest?
